23 Years of Keeping
Malaysia Moving.
Founded in 2010 (formerly Eco Toi Sdn Bhd), EQool Enviro Sdn Bhd has grown to become one of Malaysia's leading portable toilet rental and liquid waste management companies. Our owner brings 23 years of hands-on industry experience — one of the most experienced in the field in Malaysia. With 16+ years of operations, we manage a fleet of more than 1,500 portable toilet units — over 1,000 currently deployed across active sites — alongside 50+ cabin toilet units serving data centres and industrial facilities across Peninsular Malaysia, and numerous vacuum tankers committed to delivering clean, reliable, and affordable sanitation solutions.
We are not a middleman. We own our fleet, run our own servicing crews, and manage every job from delivery to collection — giving our clients the reliability and accountability they deserve.
Built Over Two Decades
From a one-truck startup to Malaysia's trusted sanitation partner — here is how EQool Enviro grew.
Founded as Eco Toi Sdn Bhd
Our founder — already with years of hands-on sanitation industry experience — established Eco Toi Sdn Bhd, laying the foundation for what would become EQool Enviro.
Rebranded to EQool Enviro Sdn Bhd
The company was officially renamed EQool Enviro Sdn Bhd, marking a new chapter of growth, expanded fleet capacity, and a broader range of portable sanitation products.
Septic Tank Division Launched
Launched our dedicated vacuum tanker division for residential, commercial, and industrial septic tank cleaning across Klang Valley and Selangor.
VIP & Lux Product Line
Introduced The Lux Premium and Boudoir VIP product lines — air-conditioned, fully fitted portable washrooms for weddings and VVIP events.
Peninsular Malaysia Coverage
Expanded operations to cover all states across Peninsular Malaysia, with dedicated logistics teams for rapid deployment anywhere on the peninsula.
Hari Kebangsaan 2025 — Malaysia's 68th
Appointed as the official portable sanitation provider for Hari Kebangsaan 2025, Malaysia's 68th Independence Day — deploying over 200 units across multiple ceremonial zones in Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.
Cabin Toilet Division Launched
Introduced our first 10 cabin toilet units — purpose-built for data centres, industrial facilities, and long-term construction sites requiring a permanent-standard washroom solution.
50+ Cabin Units Across Malaysia
Rapid growth in demand from data centres and industrial sites drove our cabin toilet fleet to over 50 units deployed across Peninsular Malaysia — making EQool one of the leading cabin toilet suppliers for long-term site use.
Fully Systems-Operated Milestone
EQool reaches a landmark milestone: a fully systems-operated company. Backed by 23 years of owner experience now codified into a digital platform, operations run on documented systems and processes — not on a single person. Built to scale, built to delegate, built to last.
Our Core Values
Reliability First
We treat every delivery like a promise. On-time, every time — whether it is a 2-unit request or a 200-unit government event.
Cleanliness as Standard
Our servicing teams are trained to maintain every unit to a standard we would be comfortable using ourselves.
People Before Profit
We build long-term relationships with our clients. Many of our construction site clients have been with us for over a decade.
Own Fleet, Full Control
We own every truck and toilet unit in our fleet. No subcontracting means full quality control from delivery to collection.
The EQool Family
Behind every clean unit is a crew that shows up early, works hard, and takes pride in the job. Our drivers, service teams, store crew, and office staff work as one team — and celebrate together too.
Lion dance, good fortune, and the whole team at the office to welcome the new year.
Registered, Compliant & Government-Approved
EQool Enviro operates as a fully registered Malaysian company with all relevant government approvals. Our clients include federal government agencies, Petronas contractors, CIDB-registered builders, and private event companies — all of whom require proper documentation and compliance.
